When I first started walking the labyrinth I was very left-brained and technically oriented. I always had my nose in a book or was at a computer. The more I walked the labyrinth, the more my creative side started coming out.
I see life differently now and spend much more time in a variety of types of self-expression. The labyrinth has helped me see what was inside me, yearning to be expressed and given me the inspiration to carry through.
