Time on the Labyrinth

TLS 365 Experience #55
April 24, 2017

Finding a journal from five years ago on this day I felt both behind and looking for a center point then. Looking at what I wrote, how funny it was to be feeling something similar for today. Lots of distractions calling!

Then, the week had been full of distraction where even the daily labyrinth walk met something new or different redirecting the path. I seemed to be so distracted from getting to the point and the same was true on the labyrinth each day during that week.

Strangely familiar distraction has also been part of this week, though now it seems just a part of the conversation, asked and answered in step. Today I realize a different way to relax, listen and am often amused at the simplicity or the reality of the synchronicity between the walk and the question at hand. The message from five years ago resurfaced a pattern of allowing that today I am just grateful in knowing. Better, as on the labyrinth, the message doesn’t change, we do.
