A Labyrinth in the Sand

TLS 365 Experience #63
May 2, 2017

I drew a labyrinth in the sand and walked it.

It made me realise the importance of being in the moment and the impermanence of life.

The knowledge that in a few hours it would be washed away by the tide impressed upon me the need to savour and enjoy every moment, as once it is gone it can never be recovered.

Worry and stress over the future robs us of the gifts of the present. The lesson is to stay in the moment and experience and accept all the gifts offered.
