Unwind and Unbind

TLS 365 Experience #126
July 4, 2017

blue labyrinthOn this day of Independence,  I walk alone bringing back a memory of a group that had a focus on coming into their independence. The labyrinth was a natural compliment as it allows for a sense of liberation and freedom when we release the mind from the busy matters and unwind what is tangled in the body too.

There are so many different ways in which we feel we lose our natural ability and many times we constrict it ourself with tension or closing our mind. The walk of circular spiraling energy that moves us with purpose in an unwinding fashion naturally relaxes our grip and offers us a sense of freedom.

Where the group I led created their own dialogue from the question of what gives you freedom and what takes it away; the messages ranged from what was personal to world concerns. The metaphor of their messages came down to the realization that if we each take care of knowing what binds us and move in this way that unwinds us, our individual independence becomes world liberty.
