Week Four: Counting Your Blessings

In this vast week of blessings, appreciation for the eye opening explorations to see more blessings in more places has magnified the experience of gratitude. Finding the great and full nature of the labyrinth’s ample design for discoveries, inquiries, investigations and experiments into body, mind and soul provided more comprehensive understanding of a thankful nature. The combination of the labyrinth experience and gratitude has evidenced and generated a positive far reaching experiential education of gratitude in the blessings it has provided.

Surplus

Day 333  November 29
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Four: Counting Your Blessings

In the past weeks of November, we have offered six outer paths and a summary for the central and final seventh path of seven days. As blessings have been so bountiful, the seventh center path of this last day of the week has been devoted to the idea of surplus in the blessings that gratitude possesses.

It would appear that there is an infinite vessel that pours forth when it comes to the essence of gratitude and the results oriented blessings. In their ever ready availability, they very reliably fit the description of surplus in the more than expected abundance that only benefit to extend the path an extra day and leave the summary for a walk of entirety in the blessings of gratitude

The surplus path of the blessings labyrinth by TheAmusedMuse.comThe Seventh Blessing: Surplus

We dream of enough and to know the concept of what it is to be truly sated and satisfied. Our society asks for more than enough instead which builds surplus. When surplus is shared there is enough for everyone and when it is hoarded, it becomes a lesson outside of the generous and affluent position of humble gratitude.

From a position of enough, we can learn from an experiential walk on the labyrinth what we can do with enough and how much more than enough is really inefficient in make the scarcity of hope our master over the knowing abundance of gratitude. Walk on the difference and consider what you would do and could do with a surplus that would make sense for all and contribute to a purpose filled world.

Daily Insights : On the first path of Appreciation in this 333rd day…
Walk to realize what you have enough of, are satisfied with and complete.

Action Oriented

Day 332  November 28
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Four: Counting Your Blessings

This week’s experience now entering the sixth path and the sixth day has spelled out the word Blessing. The five former words and days occupied the first five letters and today taking all the actionable words to expand its plentiful nature of adding the ING suffix. As if affirming the prosperity of blessings, every word that attaches itself too the suffix in the name of blessing is a verb oriented action.

It creates a cornucopia of opportunities to create and be a blessing of the blessings. That is a thanksgiving unto itself. Where blessings can be helping, endearing, cheering, and a host of ample definitions, collectively they offer natural affluence in a confident manner of pure prosperity of soul

The Action Oriented path of the Blessings Labyrinth by theAmusedMuse.comThe Sixth Blessing: Actionable

It will be both blessed and of insightful interest to compile a numerous list of words that suddenly become actionable and bountiful when adding the ING suffix. Walking with a few words on one path such as surveying, conveying and playing for instance have us reviewing the whole of the experience, communicating it and developing it with a lighter attitude. Another path might offer us a chance to heal, help and hope, providing a curative path. By the time we reach the center of the labyrinth, the horn of plenty will spill out in blessings amplified.

Compile your list with care and consider what you want more of to add a word or a number of them to walk and examine the nature of the word, your relationship to it and how it offers a blessing by actively participating with it.

Daily Insights : On the first path of Appreciation in this 332nd day…
Walk as many verbs that are action oriented in your steps today. Add the suffix ING to appreciate all the ways you can walk.

Day 331  November 27
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Four: Counting Your  Blessings

To learn what we possess and are inspired to explore is our life’s purpose, to share it is a blessing and fulfillment. To learn of our own blessings in a more complete sense is to honor and hold them with humility. When we know and apply, we can share more fully and gratefully from known experiences. The more we appreciate, hold with great fullness and give thanks for the blessings that are a direct result of our gratitude and a completing part of it, the more we can share from a whole perspective.

Sharing is a blessing and blessing is for sharing. We become more of ourselves when we share of ourselves. As we live on a planet of over seven billion in population and growing, we know ourselves more when we care to share.

the sharing path of the blessings labyrinth by TheAmusedMuse.comThe Fifth Blessing: Share

Begin with a personal walk and share yourself with the labyrinth as you share the labyrinth walk with yourself. In this way it is a complete appreciation of what it offers married with what you offer to create a completely new and inspiring experience as a result of being fully into the experience. When we know how to do this for ourselves, others easily benefit from what and how we share more of what we know.

There are many unique designs of this unicursal path that evolve the ancient beginnings with contemporary endings. Had they not been shared in the world, we would not have the appreciable blessing of experiencing them now in permanent, temporary and portable opportunities. Their differences express unique approaches of a common thread made richer by sharing principles given and blessings received.

In The Year of Honest Living

In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Four: Counting Your Blessings

The bountiful abundant nature of blessings suggests that there is always enough and ready on demand for the asking. Being able to see, accept, open and realize their prosperous nature is found in the regular elevation of practice and use. Like anything we want to know better, application offers us opportunities. It is like an investment in wonderful. Believing to behold is important, so adding a familiar effect can be helpful to our practice and process.

Savoring what blessings offer us is to linger on the feeling of them a little longer as if to absorb the fullness of the sensation experienced. As we walk the labyrinth, it is similar to finding a spot to appreciate the moments occurring. Let the value sit in common hours with you and marinate the meaning for a fuller blessing experience.

The savory path of the blessings labyrinth by theamusedmuse.comThe Fourth Blessing: Savor

In steps and stages one meanders through the experience of the labyrinth. When embracing our natural abilities and sensory skills, we can open to the greater education of feeling movement orientation within our body as it is explored from footstep to the glide of our stride. Each motion has an impact on our thoughts, emotions, bodily function with a quiet internal function that says yes to the way we move or redirects us with purposeful intentions of learning.

In the surrender that we may enjoy, we can be alive to the blessings of support, sustenance, and shaping of our experience and more, in a way that allows the experience to open to the sensation of what is offered in a complete sense that can allow the subtle senses to assimilate the flavor of what we savor.

Embrace

Day 329  November 25
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Four: Counting Your Blessings

The grace of a blessing is offered without condition and bestowed in a variety of forms. Not always gentle, a blessing is a connection of our internal expression that is met in someway by our action that stirs it into our presence for realization and appreciable gratitude. In the state of higher gratitude of practice or consciousness, we are likely to see more blessings as we change our ability to tune in.

To embrace the abundance that blessings bring, being available to receive is an essential quality to possess. Asking may be a beginning process, yet allowing ourselves to experience and appreciate them is a necessity. It is when we embrace and own the experience of receiving that we become true in what we give and offer to others. As the blessings are not always understood, we may dismiss what we ask for if it comes in a different package.

Embracing path of the blessings labyrinth by theAmusedmuse.com
The Third Blessing: Embrace

The labyrinth can seem daunting to some. It is a seemingly curious set of geometric circles, shapes and patterns that flow with spiraled purpose into a center point and back out, traveling on the same path that we travel in on. This makes it a simple instrument, with complexities that show up in the realizations and blessings that occur when we walk with as a natural human spiral on a geometric spiral.

Embracing the unknown, is a way to make known something new, different and beneficial. As a society, we make wrong what isn’t understood and when we embrace the unknown with curiosity to make small knowns, we change our dynamic understanding. That alone is a blessing, though by inviting and accepting more, the blessings tend to pour.

Lessons

Day 328  November 24
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Four: Counting Your Blessings

Blessings are the simple gifts, easy discoveries and effortless flow that arrives to aid us in our engagements of the everyday. We generally have to make an effort to ask for them on some level, and often the non conscious biddings that leap from our internal voice are the petitions we see without even realizing of our request.

Blessings are often disguised in interesting packages and frequently come in the way of lessons that help us see another perspective. This is where the labyrinth becomes very useful as the turns and spiral of its direction are not unlike that of the human composition. As we unwind on the labyrinth, we unwind ourselves and discover what we might consider an unexpected blessing.

The second path of the blessings labyrinth by TheAmusedMuse.com

The Second Blessing: Lessons

On the labyrinth we don’t always realize benefits that occur at first, sometimes it is a day or two later when realization takes place. The nature of each individual is unique so many factors are present in between the walking experience and insights that open us to view different perspectives. Realizing our individual styles and abilities is a blessing to remember.

In counting blessings, experiences become lessons with epiphanies, realizations, inspirations and the ah ha moments teaching what we require. The blessings can also arrive as lessons of discomfort that call for sorting, clearing or rectifying in some way to move us closer to our expressed and unexpressed intentions. Blessings are where we look for them, have our interests in mind, and increased with gratitude.

Beyond

Day 327  November 23
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Four: Counting Your Blessings

Exploring the elements of thanks, gratefulness, and appreciation may have elevated and expanded understanding of gratitude. It is understood in the cognitive sense, experientially impressed in the body, emotionally directive and soulfully affirmed. The fourth element of gratitude is found in the blessings it creates.

As all experiences have beginnings and endings, blessings  are found in both, yet stem from our interaction of being aware, explored or applied. Blessings are always available, though it takes our participation to realize the prize that awaits our request. One path at a time, we open blessings. This week gratitude opens from the blessings we count.

Blessings Labyrinth Path 1

The First Blessing: Beyond

In the walk of the labyrinth we begin and end and begin again. From the first step in to the turns that are frequent, there is a place we move into as we move out of one turn and into another. The same holds true for the center space of the labyrinth. We step in and we go beyond.

What takes us beyond is the curious mystery of what lays between spaces, after and before. In each a blessing is tucked away in between the access and egress. Blessings are everywhere, though with a walk of the labyrinth, there is an intention to discover through movements which become a continual action of into and out of. With each navigation we chance to open what lays within and what invites us beyond.

Daily Insights : On the first path of Appreciation in this 327th day…
Walk the blessing of going beyond the spaces, places and races from here to there, counting the blessings that appear in your walk.

A Week of Appreciation

Day 326  November 22
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Three: Appreciation

Using the letters of the word of appreciation and dividing them between cause and effect, offered and insightful experience of moving with and through the path of the labyrinth each day this week.  Assigning two letters each day offered an element of appreciation to walk into as a  beginning of the walk and a word of focus to bring reflection and ending with another aspect of appreciation. The week has offered many gifts and much in gratitude.

Where the abundance of appreciation can be found within its own framework, we might begin to see a way to apply lessons of the labyrinth as learning for ourselves in a way we can appreciate.

The Appreciation Labyrinth Design by TheAmusedMuse.com
Summarizing the Seven Paths of Appreciation

The seven paths of the Appreciation Labyrinth have had both inward and outward experiences and a summary path in the center to explore. Walk to review the appreciation.

Path One – Acceptance became a stride of focus to provide for the possibilities that followed. Walk on the ways in which you created appreciation for each.

Path Two – Praise in reflective walk gives rise to what we recognize, making us appreciative of the experiences. Walk with the appreciation that was applied this week.

Path Three – Esteemed awareness is an earnest appreciation of our greater abilities that make us cherish and be cherished more in appreciation. Walk reflectively.

** The design of this labyrinth was created using the seven days for seven paths navigating the inner walk and the outer walk each day in highlighted significance for daily infusions of the largeness of appreciation. The repeating reversing of the three outer paths, provide more time to increase value in knowing the first three elements with appreciative perspective. The design was from a peace labyrinth created years prior by theamusedmuse.com

Obliged to Noteworthy

Day 325  November 21
In The Year of Honest Living
In The Quarter of: Contribution
In The Month of: Grateful Pathways

Week Three: Appreciation

A life of appreciation, changes the way we respond and relate to outside stimuli. We raise emotional education to grow in better ways to relate to our environment. When we appreciate, we pause to take it in, rather than rush to respond, so we listen better and more efficiently as we hear the words, feel the tone, observe posture and become alert to the many faculties of communication and what is truly being conveyed.

Much can be appreciated when we let go of the obligation of others expectation and move into a state of enjoying being obliged, or indebted with gratitude of another.  It raises a humbled nature of gratitude and appreciation for us from others in the ways we relate. It is noteworthy, which elevates our observation decisively in appreciation.

Obliged to Noteworthy

Treasured to Invaluable Labyrinth Path by TheAmusedMuse.comWalk in as Obliged

The gratitude of being obliged is a favored pleasing feeling of appreciable indebtedness that we actually may want to compel more of. It speaks to the value we offer others in service and the way in which we are appreciated as a result. It is a natural lifting of esteem and offers us a place to accept the expression of thanks by an individual(s) who feel the great and full gratitude of your attentions. To be obliged to another or at the receiving end of its nature is an accreditation and accord of your abilities proliferating. To be indebted with appreciation and gratitude is a debt we actually want to endorse as it relates how we interact with others in what we give and how we receive.

Walk out as Noteworthy

To make note of something, is to consider it. To make noteworthy is to move beyond consideration and into appreciation with acknowledgement of its worthiness. It has grown with more interest and become a marker of something significant. It is both appreciated and appreciable in nature. When we have opportunity to be obliged, we add appreciation and gratitude to the experience making it more than notable, it is noteworthy. Noteworthy experiences of life, use up time, ability, energy and environment and create appreciation for contribution.
