TLS 365 Experience #247
November 2, 2017
The autumn season in the Northern Hemisphere provides the opportunity to move beyond distraction. It is a time when many things not originally intended appear on the labyrinth.
Leaves of Spring and Summer release and deposit different stages of their change to join the labyrinth. The winds take up their wiles and pick up simple objects to carry them over. The rapid growth of summer’s weeds can also leave behind the dried and dying residuals between the cracks. Where our once clear and present path can be strewn with a number of objects, it is a time to discover what it is that meets us on our journey through the labyrinth.
It is interesting to look at the synchronicity of what emerges onto our path in a metaphoric note as we realize the days of summer have gone, leaving remnants of the change for us to step in stride with, negotiate, remove or avoid.
The walks of autumn can provide us with possibilities, problems or perspectives and sometimes all three at once.
